  • Once approved, HoloAegix is not liable for design errors or omissions
  • Custom hologram designs are developed exclusively for the client unless otherwise agreed

8. Intellectual Property

  • All hologram designs, patterns, and technologies remain the intellectual property of HoloAegix unless explicitly transferred
  • Clients may not replicate, reproduce, or distribute designs without written consent
  • Any client-provided artwork must not infringe on third-party rights

9. Production & Delivery

  • Production timelines vary depending on order complexity and quantity
  • Delivery timelines are indicative and may be affected by external factors
  • HoloAegix is not liable for delays caused by logistics providers or unforeseen circumstances

10. Returns & Refunds

  • Due to the customized nature of hologram products, returns are generally not accepted
  • Claims for defects must be reported within a specified time after delivery
  • Approved claims may be eligible for replacement or partial refund at our discretion

11. Limitation of Liability

HoloAegix shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect or consequential damages
  • Loss of business, revenue, or profits
  • Misuse of products after delivery

Our total liability shall not exceed the value of the order placed.

  • Clients are responsible for compliance with local import laws

HoloAegix shall not be held responsible for delays or failure to perform due to events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to:

  • Natural disasters
  • Government restrictions
  • Supply chain disruptions
  • Technical failures
